如何制作鲜花蛋糕?

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the flour mixture and vanilla extract to the butter mixture in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool cakes in the pans for 10 minutes before turning out onto wire racks to cool completely.

Tips:

  • For a richer cake, add 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips to the batter.
  • To make a vanilla cake, omit the vanilla extract.
  • Serve cakes with a variety of toppings, such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings.
